This desirable elevation sits above the palm trees while maintaining a strong connection to the beach, Gulf, and resort pool below. The Gulf-front primary suite includes direct balcony access and beautiful water views. The guest bedroom and private bunk room add flexibility for owners and rental guests, while the stackable washer and dryer provide added convenience. Additional updates include a new HVAC system installed in 2024 and a water heater replaced in 2017. Unit 820 is being sold fully furnished and rental ready. A deeded parking space located on the same level as the condo, conveniently positioned near the elevator entrance, is a rare and highly desirable feature at Shores of Panama. Same-level parking adds meaningful convenience for owners and guests, especially in a large Gulf-front resort setting.
