Known to many as Mrs. Beach, Sarah Arroyo is the operational leader behind the Mr. Beach Team. While John is often in front of the camera showcasing homes and communities across the Emerald Coast, Sarah is behind the scenes helping shape the vision, systems, and client experience that allow the team to operate at the highest level.

Sarah holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) and brings a strong background in business operations, leadership, and strategic planning. She oversees the day-to-day operations of the Mr. Beach Team, helping develop efficient systems, support the team, and ensure every aspect of the business reflects the level of professionalism and care our clients deserve.
