Transaction Coordinator: Amber Smith serves as the Transaction Coordinator for John Arroyo and Mr. Beach Team, helping guide transactions smoothly from contract to closing. She works closely behind the scenes with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies, and vendors to ensure every detail is organized, deadlines are met, and clients feel supported throughout the process.

Known for her strong communication and organization, Amber helps create a seamless experience for both clients and agents during one of the most important milestones in their lives. Her goal is to help every transaction move forward as smoothly and stress-free as possible while keeping everyone informed each step of the way.

Outside of work, Amber enjoys spending time with her husband and family, boating, reading, gardening, and being involved in her local community. She has a passion for helping people and building meaningful relationships both personally and professionally.
